Buster said he didn't want to run with an under strength side, well he does that every meeting in my opinion.

Exactly, plus look at Birmingham. You could say they had Evan under strength side, but at least they don't call off meetings because of it.

Correct decision, well done King’s Lynn!!!

We shouldn’t be forced to race without Patryk because Poland have put their qualifying meetings on a UK race night! I hate it when meetings are postponed but F**K Polish speedway, they know when our meetings are as our fixtures have been out for months on end.

#OurStars

Completely disagree, postponing this match doesn't hurt Poland in the slightest. Only messes up Lynn & Leicester fans who've planned to go.

Besides what if Wojdylo was available but had gotten injured, are they allowed to cancel the meeting because they don't want to use a guest who may not score as much?

2 riders missing, they make it sound like over half the team is missing.

Weren’t Wolves made to go to Sheffield last year with 4 riders missing eventually rained off.

Simon Lambert commented on FB that no one asked him to ride, he'd be a fair replacement for Wojdylo, especially after his great performances last year.

It`s about time the authorities took action against Chapman, he is just bringing the sport in to disrepute with his constant actions. Not sure why some on here stick up for him, okay he threatens to shut the track down if they do not attend but he will shut it down at a whim when he decides his time is up.

If they are going to allow teams to call off matches due to being under strength (which I don't agree with) surely there has to be a minimum amount of riders missing i.e more than two?

If Lynn are doing this to save on lost income, I can understand that, but they shouldn't be allowed to do it to gain league points. Perhaps they should be deducted 2 league points, so a win in the re-staging is no better than a loss on the night (except for Leicester losing out on points)?

What would happen if Doyle (9.18) was missing for Ipswich & they wanted to use Jack Holder (8.89) as a guest, but he wasn't available, so had to settle for Brady Kurtz (8.72) instead, would they be allowed to postpone the meeting due to being understrength?

Now they've allowed it, where do you draw the line?

Redcar were forced to race at Oxford in the play-offs with 3 guests & r/r last year!

I think the whole basis of the call off and Lynn's grievance is that the Polish meetings have been arranged at short notice and the Leicester meeting rearranged to an evening where Wojdylo was (and should be) available. All this talk of if he'd been injured and only two riders being missing (the press release states that the Museilak injury is irrelevant to their stance) doesn't really matter.

Not saying I agree with it as I'm trying to get my head round it still but having seen his performance last week and how important he is to the team at the moment you can see why Lynn don't want to run without him when he's not injured.

Rule 02.2.8c says meetings can be postponed due to exceptional conditions as would make racing "impossible"

Was it "impossible" to stage the meeting? Or just undesirable

You're slowly killing the club Buster.

Substitute ‘sport’ for ‘club’. For all the criticism Buster has had on this forum to date, I’ve always given him the benefit of the doubt, but this has raised the piss take level. Injuries/absences are part of sport and a massive part of speedway in particular. This is basically an admission that he daren’t field any team to further weaken his declared crap 1 to 7. Would love to see Buster’s reaction if a depleted team were due to visit Lynn and the BSPA were advised at the last minute that the visitors wanted to cry off because their number one had a runny nose.

It would seem that assembling a competitive team is not essential if you have a large vault of piss poor excuses.

Good job Ippo didn't postpone when Doyley missed his flight, or Tungate for Oxford!

So say hypothetically Wojdylo gets injured in this polish meeting, will buster cancel the remaining kl fixtures until he and tobi are fit because he doesn’t want to ride without them? Where do you draw the line.

The real outrage is that this seems to be the prerogative of the home team. Visitors are frequently two riders short and nobody bats an eyelid.

I imagine Buster will end up running twice a week with 3+ guests in early September in order to fit fixtures in as he'll probably cancel every week now on the basis that Ben Basso's a mechanic down or the start Marshall is ill.
