Poole Pirates Vs Plymouth BSN Wed 10th 7:30pm

Recommended Posts

It’s going to be a tough night for the Gladiators (if this goes ahead!). Coming up against a race ready Pirates. Never the less, the Bar Bandits and many other Gladiators will set off from Devon in a few hours to get behind Garry and the team

Anders rowe ( unattached) guesting for plymouth is it allowed or " in the best interest" rule?

He's attached in the Premiership though which I'd have thought makes him eligible.

Surely they will just use his Poole average from last year

Correct, and if he didn't have a championship average it would be PL ave. x1.5

A guest always takes the average of the rider they are replacing, so it's why he's at No.1

Maybe even worse than Oxford !!! Hoping for at least 30 points ..

If we get 30, we've had a good night (or Poole a bad one). I fancy this will be a bit processional for those going to watch. Hopefully the Pirates miss a few gates so the fans get to see some decent racing.

Currently chucking it down in Parkstone, heaviest it’s been all day but the rain should pass over by 4pm. Whether there is enough time to get the surface rideable I don’t know. Been raining constantly since around 11.30 am.

Regrettably we have to announce that the meeting has been called off due to persistent rain throughout the day.
