Biffa
If, a big if, it is drugs or alcohol related it’s good to know the testers are out and about early in the season. Must be good for the sport IF it is a testing fail.

Jaizer
Ridiculous after last season. No sympathy and leave club in a nightmare situation looking for a replacement
MD
Team needs restructured now, we wont find an equivalent rider on 3.50. What a f**king let down.

Think Richie Worrall would have been at Edinburgh in 2024 so we dodged one there.

northyorksbear
6 minutes ago, davie10 said: hopefully the second test will prove negative I heard of many failed drugs/alcohol tests - usually athletics - and they always say need to wait for the second sample to be tested. I have never yet heard of a second samplegiving any different result to the first.

Triple.H.
6 minutes ago, davie10 said: hopefully the second test will prove negative As far as i know They do one test. Split the sample into 2 bottles 1 bottle is A 2nd bottle is B so unlikely to get a different result from the B sample. I think the B samples are kept so if the A sample was negative they can test again in future years, when different drugs come to light. That's why some athletes can fail tests retrospectively and have medals etc withdrawn

alang
Is it getting closer to there being a case to test every rider before meetings rather than just random testing?
