Tough meeting to call tonight as i think it all depends which Bomber turns up, prime play off Bomber then Sheffield could be hitting 40+ points, get the season long Oxford Bomber who has struggled to hit double figures anywhere in the top league and Belle Vue could be taking a 16pt lead to Owlerton...as such wont be touching the handicaps for the meeting but a couple of plays

Vuolas under 6, ok he wins heat 2 but barring an EF how does he get 4 more points, given he meets both Holders Pickering and Howarth in 2 out of his 3 remaining rides

Edwards Under 4, as per above, comes second in heat 2 and then where does he get another point

Mulford over Gilkes, Jake comes third in heat 2, Dan doesnt score a point all night

Blodorn over 5 and also over Howarth. More than capable of winning Heat 1 and 8, where he meets Howarth in both heats, plus Kyle nursing an injury and hasn't gone great around the NSS all season, only scoring 12 points in 3 separate meetings.

I can see Vuolas beating Howarth too especially if his wrist is still troublesome so could get over 6,Holder the elder quite often has one bad race too so.

This works out to around 4/5 so I'll be placing my final bets on the British season.

SHEFFIELD to Win the Premiership @ 12/5........BELLE VUE to Win the Premiership @ 14/5

Leicester needed a corrupt referee just to sneak past a drastically weakened Ipswich, I see Leicester getting battered at Belle Vue or Sheffield.

Interesting meeting tonight. Picko can't have the same machinery problems and Bomber should score better than he did at the NSS on Mon.

As for the Aces will need the reserves to contribute and Cook + Lidsey to come to the party.

In rider match-ups

Edwards +0 bs Vuolas +0 - Edwards scored 7+2 in last meeting versus the Aces amd the Finn has only raced at Owlerton once I believe.

Pickering -2 vs Cook +2 - Picko has been in excellent form apart from Mon due to mechanical woes. Cook's form at Owlerton isn't great so see Pickering bringing this home.

Edwards over 4+

Cook under 6

Kurtz +2 vs C Holder -2 - Holder was in superb form on Mon but if Aces want this to go to the wire ; Kurtz and Bewley have to score heavily.

Twice actually once with Belle Vue and he also guested for Leicester scoring 4+1 from 4 rides, Beating Dan Gilkes, Jason Edwards, Sam Hagon and Kyle Howarth, who retired

My picks being :-

Kurtz +2 over Chris, Brady has always ridden Sheffield well, back in his Somerset days was pretty much a home rider with the amount of guest bookings and if he gates wont be passed, should be getting 11/12 points and cant see Chris going through the card to overall that handicap

Cook Over 6, Paid 11 on his last visit, and he certainly rides Sheffield better than Lidsey so shouldnt be falling fowl to the dreaded bonus points

Howarth under 6, Only having scored over 6 in 6 out of the 15 home meetings this year, nursing a knock and his tendency to override when trying too hard and usually messing up
