Okay... I can be bothered:

I thought it was a complete shambles, I'll try an keep it brief

Wasn't shown on TV

"limited crowd" WTF! It's a World Championship event, what other "Sport" would limit it's capacity to 999 in a 58,000 capacity stadium. And they couldn't even reach their own self imposed capacity! I thought we were back in lock down!

The timing captions were all over the place, at one point somebody was showing 9 hours, then on another occasion I was watching Vaculik's time and it was running at about 50 seconds and then all of a sudden when he crossed the line he went top!

No idea when a session was coming to an end with the only indication of the camera cutting to a bloke holding a red flag!

What actually happened during that final quali session, there's clearly no communication between commentary and the pit "reporter"?

Why did Huckenbeck not come out for his 2nd session?

What the camera's did show was all over the place, there was no context as to why we were watching a particular rider on screen when we were

I can't believe how low WBD have taken the sport, at SGP level, in the few years that they've been in control. (I can really)

It was a great race at the end, which did salvage it slightly... but so what, we've seen great races before and we'll see 'em again

Details of Cardiff Sprint released.

Friday 16th August at 3pm. Maximum of 3000 punters allowed. GP Ticket holders only admitted but the robing barstewards also state that a purchase of the GP programme must also. be made, however very generously they say one programme between 2 people is acceptable !!!

when i last went to Cardiff the programmes were £10 so it wouldn’t surprise me if they were now nearer £15.

You have to wonder whether it would have been a better idea to target the Cardiff city centre after work drinkers on a Friday night to the "sprint race" than trying to squeeze an extra few £10 programme sales from people who will more than likely be at Oxford than in Cardiff a day early.

They should have thrown the doors open for free and handed out complimentary tickets in the city centre on the Friday afternoon for the non event of "qualifying" with the Sprint Race afterwards.

Has anybody ever done any analysis of whether a better qualifying position correlates to a better GP finishing position? It's not like in other forms of motorsport where a pole position almost guarantees you a podium finish, in F1 at least... or is it?
