I watched a little bit of it last night and just couldn't get on with them gabbling away in Polish... gave up in the end and watched some ESS that was available on catch up this month for free on Premier Sports to Virgin Media customers, although not my cup of tea as Alex Raby talks far too quickly for my liking at least it was in English. I can't understand why so many on here watch the Ekstraliga with Polish commentary Edited August 25 by iainb

I can't understand why so many on here watch the Ekstraliga with Polish commentary SEC coverage is available in English via Fanseat. Dave Rowe's research into the event (and any other meetings that he voices) puts some other UK commentators to shame. His updates on the meeting stats are spot on too. I wonder what software he uses! 😁

No, but you get the engine noise, which is all part of it for me, couldn't watch on mute... even if I made my own noises 😁 4 minutes ago, Gambo said: SEC coverage is available in English via Fanseat. I wonder what software he uses! 😁 That means paying for it though... not sure I want to pay out any more money on TV subscriptions. I happily watched it when it was on Eurosport, not sure why it isn't anymore. I find that Dave Rowe talks quite fast as well, but strangely when he does it on BSN he seems a bit more calm and for me is probably the best, most knowledgeable commentator. I used to subscribe to Premier Sports when they had Ekstraliga but dropped them when they dropped it.

I can't understand why so many on here watch the Ekstraliga with Polish commentary I do enjoy the polish commentary even though I don’t understand it and on the extraleague coverage you get a fair few interviews in English as a lot of the riders speak it, as I’ve polish tv I find myself watching a lot of speedway documentaries which they show even though I don’t understand what they are saying, I should really learn the language I would probably enjoy it more lol 3
Shockster
I prefer the Polish commentary for the races. I don't need someone telling me what I can see and they get proper excited. I watch the premier league football in foreign languages too, I despise "so called" experts explaining the bleedin obvious. Maybe it's just me, but commentary is in whatever sport overhype. 😊
