Expand Yes sadly Birmingham had riders assessed UP when most teams want riders on low false averages. Unfortunately for the Brummies he has come into our league which is at its strongest in 12 years or more so it was always going to be tough for him. That said he is a very capable rider. I'm not sure he'd be a great signing on a 7.20 average, as at Belle Vue he averaged 9.37 at home and 5.68 away. But even if he drops his average by virtue of not having the NSS as his home track, should still be better than Lampart. heathen52 Posted May 3, 2024 Report Share Posted May 3, 2024 (edited) In all honesty this Brum team aint to bad, but and I say this honestly Nigel Tolley needs to put his money where his mouth is and sign a proper No1, they have plenty of room points wise for a proper No1 and NT did say they had a choice of riders pre season, get a No1 and be in the shake up for the piss up's or stay as they are and simply make up the numbers, which really is unfair not only for the supporters but for the other riders in the Team that are busting a gut to try for a win, but being let down by management.
