No, not in the area!

But, if we assemble a competitive side and see some good racing, then I'm confident that a fair few that's been lost to the sport, may return on a regular basis.

One would also like to think that a fair few 'neutrals' might consider attending.....(obviously, with a big hint towards Wolves/Cradley fans ..)

I think the 'neutral' Cov fans lean towards Leicester....may be?

I think we will average around 600/700 per meeting depending on the opposition?!

Just my personal thoughts of-course!?

if thats your average your owner must have zillions to set fire too

I would imagine a few Wolves fans will go to Perry Barr for their Speedway fix in 2024.  You also have Leicester, Sheffield, Belle Vue in the same league.. which are also an awful lot closer than Oxford which was the Brummies local derby in 2023.  More chance of a few visiting fans, but the key will be getting a decent race track & competitive team.

You sure about that ?? Leicester maybe 25 miles closer but the others are as far if not further ...

I wonder if the Alan Graham Memorial Trophy 2024 will be a 3-Team-Tournament with nominal Cradley and Wolves teams in it? Or a 4TT with a notional Coventry team included?

Actually they are probably not.  I keep forgetting I'm 20+ miles North of Perry Barr.  Both Owlerton & NSS are far easier to get to for me than Cowley.
Anyway.... Owlerton & NSS are closer than the next closest club in the Championship, which I imagine is Scunthorpe.  Still less of a commute for the visiting fans than most Championship teams.

There is almost nothing in it!
Perry Barr to Cowley... 2 hr 5 min (82.9 mi)
Perry Barr to Longsight...  2 hr 16 min (82.5 mi)
Perry Barr to Owlerton....   2 hr 19 min (82.7 mi)

I reckon you googled the 1st one during a traffic jam, google says 1 hour 40 (82 miles) at the moment! I can do Perry Barr in 2 hours and I have to drive past Oxford to get there.

Agreed I wouldn't want to be catching a lift off him to any of them destinations .

They were all googled during a traffic jam, as it was about 4 p.m. yesterday.  Not that time of day makes much difference to the M6 through Birmingham, it's always a traffic jam and when it isn't (between 11pm and 5 am) they're doing roadworks somewhere and that makes it worse.
