Like I said could all be over by the 19th of August with 2 and a half months of the season still to go! Pretty much like last season... PL seems it's run just for TV at times and not the fans

Last home fixture is 15th August. Not sure how the fixtures are worked out, but if a team is in a close battle to make the playoffs it seems a bit unfair to have your last 3 matches all away !!

PL seems it's run just for TV at times and not the fans They have to finish the Premiership Final before the Championship final can take place and likewise the NDL final can only take place once the Championship final has taken place. I believe the reasoning behind this is that they dont want a rider to get injured in a lesser final and then be unable to ride in a more senior final. So if the Prem play-off is rained off an already scheduled Champ plaY off final must be postponed. If true one of the most ludicrous suggestions ever. Looking solid if not spectacular at the moment, the 8th man (as it were) at Leicester is the track, so if the can get a team of track specialists they'll always stand a good chance of a 2 legged victory imo

The downside to a fair race track is a lesser home advantage. Since it seems that next years teams will be fielding at least one rider of GP level quality, I’m not so sure that the reliance on home form will bag bonus points. The likes of Sheffield and Ipswich will be looking for heat 13 & 15 advantages on their travels.

IainB
It's a shame that it looks like Sedgey won't be back. He was possibly the catalyst in our team last season with his partnership with Fricke. Probably not done himself any favors with his increased average, especially in a stronger league. I would have expected to have seen him at Brum next year, but they reckon none of this years team will be back Edited December 8, 2023 by iainb

Daniel Smith
Will be interesting to see how Masters, Becker & Douglas get on this season without the safety of a trick track.

noaksey
Good side for me, if Wolves can get to the play offs which they did easily then Leicester with Fricke should certainly do that and potentially compete for the final
