Suppose the bigger problem is who is going to be number

DJC
Killen looked good but surely they'd go with Mulford before Sheffield give him a run out for one of their reserves. Voulas and Mulford for Tate and Connor?
screm
Hi everyone, Just an update; Yesterday at Workington I was signed off medically due to mental exhaustion. After extensive consideration over the last couple of weeks, I have reached the regretful decision to sit the rest of the season out from speedway, as I am not in the right headspace to A. perform at my peak, or B. safely attack tracks. This has been an extremely difficult decision to make, but one I believe pertinent to my overall wellbeing, as I know I cannot continue in this way. This is something that has been building for a while, it has affected my mental focus no end, and reached a stage where I can’t keep trying to push through it. I can only apologise to my respective teams, fans and sponsors, and wish them all the best as the season continues. Taken from Facebook. Phil The Ace
We’re in a right mess at reserve now. we must sign a good no6 now we’ve lost Bailey. get well soon Connor. Health comes first. PHB wants a spot and I’d take him then there is Bellego who won’t be touched at reserve round NSS Vuolas is another who deserves a go. castagna, etheridge and barker are other options. for the RS. It will be between 4 riders surely mulford ablitt joe thompson killeen

There seems to be an ongoing argument though over his starting average which is holding things up.

Granted it’s a bit of a gamble but if they PHB contract can’t get sorted he might be an option

szkocjasid
1) how about Kemp as a guest against Oxford, I'm sure he'll have a point to prove? 2) how about Kemp as a replacement for Zischke?

szkocjasid
Sounds like Vuolas has done well enough tonight to earn himself a permanent team spot. But can also understand the logic behind just using guests.

coldace
Question. Is the RS reserves' ride in heat 8 protected? Could Vuolas have replaced Mulford? Great night's racing. Thankfully the track has returned to it's former state following a few less than spectacular meetings at the beginning of the season. Very well done to Andy and the track staff. Simply the best!
