That's like saying if Richard Lawson had a bad ride replace him with Vinnie Foord. Ur logic is utter nonsense and Brennan in particular has proven ability around the NSS to be brought in at any time. Why would Britain take out one of their main two riders for a reserve if they are doing well? A reserve is there to replace a rider who isn't performing as he should, or (hopefully not) gets injured. Simples. If Brennan is replacing Lambert or Bewley then Britain will already be in trouble. Just look at last night. Vicentin came in to replace an underperforming Covatti, and Janowski came in to replace a shaken-up Zmarzlik. You didn't see Sweden bringing in Berntzon for Lindgren or Thorssell.
