Rumoured to be in Glasgow team. Maybe a new Aussie to come over if they still allowed on a 4? ;)

Of course they can, unknown Aussies can come in on a 4 but God help us if you want a pole, 7 or 8.5 is what they get to come  in on now, I s**t you not.

Whoever comes up with the creation of assessed averages needs to figure out how to create a spreadsheet and some excel formula, because it's not friggin hard!!!! Tarring and entire countries riders with the same average because of their nationality and not their performance is quite frankly doing my t*ts in.

Apologies for the bleeps but come on people.

The tarasenko deal has really wound up a lot of promoter's eh? The same ones that voted the rule in... Ironic.

A decent standard pole comes over, averages under 6 over 2 spells and the decision is that all poles are at least a point above that. Mental

I've got no idea if he's even remotely considered by the promotion but I wonder if the new 4.00er could be another exciting Aussie prospect (assuming Tate is a 5.00?)

Michael West...? He averaged 1.158 (from 5 meetings) in the Polish u-24 Ekstraliga... Which is just below James Pearson and just above Luke Killeen. He seems like a very good prospect and is still only a teenager. I would much prefer someone like him in my team than Stefan Nielsen... No offence.

1. Richard Lawson

2. Michael West

3. Ben Cook

4. Zach Cook

5. Tom Brennan

6. Sam Hagon

7. Max Perry

That he’s signed for Poole

If he has he must be over the moon even with my Poole hat on it must be what a lot of riders aspire to riding for Poole, maybe the reason Anders Rowe was not kept on for next year, but with four presumably heat leaders which Tom would be ( no Russians around ) leaves the bottom end not so strong (if you are right ) but what do I know I'm sure the Ford's have some surprises lined up and aside from that up the road Arena Essex landowners have given up plans to build houses and sold the site Thurrock Hammers Limited all over it and hoping to bring back speedway.

Way to make it more difficult for the youth of Europe to get a spot over here but whatever... Hardly surprising with the nobs who run the sport

If it helps Brits get team places, I have no issue with that. If they are good, they'll reach their 5.00 assessed averages, if they are not so good, why sign them over Brits in the first place?

Tom Brennan

sam hagon

max Perry

Rock solid as usual. The only weakness is at reserve, where we have two youngsters who could find the going very tough at first. But Sam Hagon has shown a liking for the Poole track and has done ok here. Max is an unknown quantity at the moment but reports show a young lad with trackcraft and one that could well be going places.

Lawson will be solid as usual, the Cooks will continue to improve. Brennan is hot and cold but does know the fastest way around Poole and just needs to become more consistent. That could well happen under Middlo. As for Tate Zischke (god knows how you pronounce that!) he will need time to adjust and get used to British tracks, so expect hot and very cold meetings.

Of course this lineup is nothing official and the team could be completely different. Guess we will have to wait and see.
