Seems to be a bit of a lad , the chance of him re- offending must be a given .

His solitary brain cell will be in danger of burn out deciding on his next adventure.

Once the inevitable happens and the said solitary brain cell gives up the ghost he will have the intelligence of an untrained Chimpanzee, he is currently functioning with the trained version.

Just a waste of space and a danger on the track IMO.Probably planning his next mugging as we speak.

He got his Licence his parole  Licence only one he will get.

Won't he be tagged for 5 months or similar.

I know a few footballers have played with tags but can't see someone who has such serious crimes been allowed to break curfew.

If Garrity did come back. He’d probably instantly fail a drug test anyway. Had heard he had asked the SCB for his license which they refused to give him due to his criminal activities. Unless they have changed their minds that is.

This was last year mind you. So obviously a change in circumstances. Wouldn’t touch the lad with a barge pole, but desperate times clearly.

Nothing we'll ever have to worry about, always did get a sudden bout of illness when he got north of the M6!

He was about an hour away from the track and got wind of drug testing was going to happen at the track that night and never turned up. Said the van broke down. Was a quick U turn at the next junction and back down the road.

You're still wrong.  He wasn't in a position to even apply for a licence last year, let alone be turned down.

He asked what the chances were of getting it back when he was in a position to do so. To which he was told at the time, zero.

7 years in jail could change a person everybody deserves a second chance and Pretty sure Mark Courtney got released for drug offences and the next month he was riding for Glasgow

Didn't he also steal one of Joe Screen's bikes when he was younger?

Kit Bag whilst Screeny was on holiday and walked into Belle Vue few weeks later with said bag allegedly.

Not sure where he would get parts for racing having bumped several spares people for Thousands of £££s

Not when mugging an elderly lady at knife point he doesn't. Have to be absolutely crazy to put him anywhere speedway again imo. Although if he does sign for Plymouth when they are at Poole, the Police station is near the entrance to the stadium, so he won't have far to go if he does anything!

Speedway riders are an eclectic bunch, alleged rapists, drug use, grooming people in glass houses etc, garrity has been inside, hopefully the judicial system works, and he has learnt a lesson and makes the most of having a second chance in life.
