Meeting on Sunday evening magic hopefully weather is OK, best of luck tigers give it your all that's all we ask, underdogs maybe over 2 legs but you never know we were 10 pts up on them earlier in the season after 4 heats at ashfield & pirates used a tactical straight away bang back in it thrres no tactical allowed now (yes I know none at Poole either) but at home meeting we need to show no respect no bowing to them no fear attack every one of em doesn't matter who it is get tarasenko on it let him know how important this is motivate him as all the other guys know what's at stake,  can see tigers winning about 50-40 yes I want more but im realistic.. I know that prob won't be enough but just give it a go anyway ..sadly at Poole we do struggle tom doesn't like track & Lee has 10 rides there this season ten lasts not even a point very worrying indeed & ace has gone he's not on pace at all i know he got 5 there before but hes getting 1 at home & finding it hard to even finish laps so ?  Jack smith should be used now its not about ace its about the team & chance of a title no idea about claus if hes not fit then he cant race now isnt the time if he is fit then ok ...Wimborne Rd is our big problem gonna take a super effort from bomber ben & vadim who has no track knowledge whatsoever a big ask , but all we can ask is a barnstorming home effort just to make them think ...and who knows

Smith could only replace Pijper if Ace is injured, can't drop him due to thinking Smith is stronger

Of course you don’t cover a wet track, but it should have been covered at the earliest opportunity whilst it was still dry, even if that was four or five days advance if the forecast was that bad.

it might not have worked but at least it’s trying something, speedway loses out so many times because people refuse to try.

But of course the bottom line has to be we are in October, we should have had the titles sown up a good couple weeks ago, but again the sport has dragged it’s heals early on, and never learns from its mistakes in previous seasons, how on earth we managed to go from getting in 25 home meetings a season back in the 80s to where we are now is baffling.

it wasn’t like the weather back then was all sunshine and lolly Pops.

Of course they learnt from their mistakes, after a 10 match play-off system ended in November last year, they created a new 14 match play-off system!

What could possibly go wrong?

Jack Smith reported by Mildenhall Facebook as taking a guest booking at West Row on Sunday.

Tomorrow forecast is rain all day. The track is going to be extremely flooded come Sunday morning with expected temperature of around 13 C during the day. Track is going to be very, very wet and hard work.

Yes they will have to work hard to get it in  a reasonable state for racing. If a bit wet that would suit us i think.

Glasgow fans would surely hope so. They must want to win the title with their 1-7 rather than r/r and a guest.

I assume most speedway fans think along the lines of

1) want to win the league with your own team

2) want to win the league with guests

3) settle for a final with your own team

Ace is way way off it tigers are not stronger with him in the team,  he's all over the place will be lucky to get a couple of points in both legs v Poole...this final is not about him its about the team trying to win a trophy he's came back too soon the boy should maybe stand down ..if he gets more than a few ill say I got it wrong, lots of ppl noticed him at ashfield he's lacking speed & control of the bike ..he could hurt himself more & endanger other riders ..not a fan of his style on bike he looks like locking up on every bend , no idea if claus is back tbh not heard
