bringbackHalifax
Sheffield track and weather was awful for semi final but suited them so no complaints. At Wolves in first leg Howarth binned it on turn 2 but got back in, then in ht 11 Lambert out of control took off Howarth on 1st bend and got all 4 back. No complaints from Sheffield then. Steady being a prat . Not a clue. Hard to believe Team GB look to these two Stead and Allen to steer us to greatness.

Almost went comically skating past his machine as he went to retrieve it as well. Like an episode of Fawlty Towers. Entertaining, but not necessarily for the right reasons.

He’s been a problem all year as we all know, we’ve got away with it up til now but it could come back to bite us on the ar$e in the end. Have a standard on track prep and make clubs adhere to it or be fined. Another thing the Ekstraliga does right. Great home advantage. Embarrassing to watch. People complain when there is consistent track prep though, look at Dreamboat Phil () in the GP's always prepares a consistent track from round to round and still gets stick for it. Looks like Ippo want to win it rather than provide a spectacle and who can blame them. The only trouble with that is though, is that one of their own riders can't stay on his bike! If you lose the final then Hume is to blame by throwing away numerous points tonight. Would've been 12 up by now if it wasn't for his mistakes. Steve Shovlar
Ipswich have nailed on 8 points in 13 and 15 unless Lambert can get in there. They should have a healthy lead.

Steve Shovlar
Chris Holder can’t handle the conditions. Never rode Ipswich well in his Pirate days and back then the track was smoother and slick. He will have a lot of making up to do in the second leg.
