SamKM91
With Lambert and Lawson guesting at 1&5 again, can they also ride both final legs (if Tigers get through)? That’s the question! Mountain also guesting for Vissing at

4BenMoran
Damien Bates on ‘No Brakes No Fear’ podcast said 8 day rule doesn’t apply to guests appearing for number 1 in averages so that’s why Lambert been pencilled in for next week also

Yes, it would affect the guest for Woffinden as the same rider couldn't guest tomorrow and next Thursday for Sheffield at Owlerton - maybe a different guest will be used tomorrow to free up a preferred guest for the final? Lambert for Musielak is fine as per previous posts.

Whether it's for Musielak or Woffinden is irrelevant as the 8 day rule is still effective. It is British Speedway though so who knows

I don’t think Max is able to guest away though as his average from 01/10 will be too high

"b) a rider may ride as a guest (in an official meeting) at a track only once in an 8day period (within that league) unless he is replacing the home teams #1 or is an NDL rider guesting for the home team" Although the BSPL has decided that "NDL rider" means NDL only (that's why Joe Thompson was prevented from riding two weeks in a row at Foxhall). This rule is close to becoming obsolete - these days, very few teams ride home matches consistently every week.

Not everybody is an anorak who will find the right website, then delve through the menus and sub-menus to find the written rules and regulations! Most people just don’t have the time either hence asking the question(s) on here. You clearly do and find it “easy”so help with the questions or don’t it’s your choice, but show a little humility eh?
