1stbender
I very much doubt any club would pick him up. There is certainly no benefit to having him, there is certainly no good/bad PR stunt here as he is no “celebrity” or star name. Doesn’t pull in the crowds, enjoyed at times watching him race for Coventry certainly on the edge but I enjoyed that about him but that’s the only thing! IronScorpion
I would think that Nathan's average would jump up to about 3.2/3.3 on 1st May due to his 12 from 5 against Redcar in the BSN League meeting. Looking back, he rode in about 15 league meetings in 2023 so unsure if 2023 BSN league meetings count in a rolling average(KO Cup still does not) plus the team average increases by 0.5 in May so a guest up to about 3.2 or a re-declaration up to about 3.7 could take place until Nathan is fit again. Nathan's average is due to go to 3.41 from May 1st. One BSN match from 2024, his 15 league matches from 2023 & his last 4 league matches from 2022. I don't think there's any riders just above 3.00 so that increase means little. Jack Smith looks the best option to me for a temporary replacement. Tosh1218
Nathan’s injury is not as bad as expected ,he’s spoke it will be weeks rather then months so that’s a positive and will definately miss the two away meetings at Redcar

IronScorpion
I have just seen it on the Scunny website that our next home meeting on the 10th May will be against Workington in the BSN Series & NOT Oxford in the League.
4BenMoran
Any news on how long MPT will be out for and if Scunthorpe will need to be on the look out for a (temporary) replacement or if they’ll run the R/R route with Kyle Howarth, Jake Allen, Simon Lambert and Connor Mountain the riders who you’d expect to cover that? Scunny are so strong at home r/r will be fine, away from home would suggest guests would be better.

Expedcted out for 4-6 weeks, so I believe... i'd be going R/R or guests personally, with the team moral we have this season, why would we wanna sign a rider that has a negative attitude which brings down the spirit 1
