marko
How many times has it been said though that throttle jockeys cannot ride the smaller tracks which require a bit more thought than simply holding the throttle wide open and hanging on? 2
Rob B
Done it before but can’t see it happening again with 6 riders . Belle Vue Aces = 55 (104) 1. Dan Bewley - 3, 3, 3, 1 = 10 2. Tom Brennan - 0, 1, 3, 1 = 5 3. Jaimon Lidsey - 3, 3, 0, 3, 3 = 12 4. Charles Wright - 2', 1, 1, 3 = 7+1 5. Brady Kurtz - 2, 3, 3, 3, 2' = 13+1 6. Norick Blodorn - 3, 1, 1, 2' = 7+1 7. Jake Mulford - 0, 1', 0, 0= 1+1 Ipswich Witches = 35 (76) 1. Jason Doyle - 2, 2, 2', 2, 0, 1= 9+1 2. Ben Barker - 1', 0, 2, 0 = 3+1 3. Danny King - 0, 0, 2, 1= 3 4. Keynan Rew - 1, 2, 0, 2, 0= 5 5. Emil Sayfutdinov - 3, 2, 3, 2= 10 6. Danyon Hume - 2, 0, 0= 2 7. Joe Thompson - 1', 0, 1', 1' = 3+

Belle Vue capable of pulling off a string of 5-1s against anyone when they get things right  Cant see us pulling it back with your top two, fair play Ipswich were right up for it tonight. old bob at herne bay
Belle Vue will have to use every ounce of their huge home track advantage at the " national speedway stadium" to wrestle this on back on aggregate. Completely under estimated Ippo without Doyle. Complacency crept in. Â Always an issue with rain in Manchester...... could be a lottery ...... Bagpuss
A million miles from good enough from Bewley. Can't see BV pulling that back.
JoeW436
I think Bewley took too much on this year, even equipment wise the donkey bikes seem to be over here.

Midget
Bewley looked totally uninterested, rode the white line all night. Bigger fish to fry in Poland perhaps
one of clubs
There can be no excuses tonight or indeed any sour grapes. It pains me to say everyone bar Tom and Brady looked like novices. Ipswich wanted it more, pure and simple. Ipswich are in the driving seat now although it is not over til the overweight person sings. BV were quite simply pathetic.
blue witch
Hard to have good racing when 5 riders didn’t fancy mixing it with the witches. Probably seen some of the best racing at foxhall this season compared to past years. But tonight who cares we have an 18 point lead

Well done Witches. Wanted it so much more than us tonight in every aspect. It's not over but it could well be if the Aces don't get a helluva good start on Monday! SPEEDY69
Well, my prediction was way out. Biggest hero of the night for me was Jack Smith. Don't think he's ridden much at Foxhall before but got stuck in and wasn't nt afraid of the outside - when Bailey steamed under him he held it together around the outside to stay in front. Yet again poor team riding from king to lose the 5-1 in heat 3. Think this is not over and the Aces can easily pull that deficit back. Edited September 21, 2023 by SPEEDY69

Don’t be salty Rob, you’re more than capable of pulling this back at your gaff.
