Nice to see the Poole fans back tracking and making excuses already. There are several EWR track specialists among the Pirates and it all comes down to who stays upright, who stays within the rules and who has the biggest desire.  This match is a very hard one to call and is anyone's guess on the result. Personally a Scorpions v Bears final , is the best outcome for me!;)

That final would be good from our point of view

I think we are just being realistic, it is yours to lose. Probably be decided by a bad call from the referee like the GP at the weekend.

Poole fans trying to play it down, still strong favourites to win the group imo,Lawson Worrall,b.cook, all more than capable of lowering Ryan Douglas's colours,z.cook and anders roweboth know the way around ewr,and in j,Thompson and Kyle Newman both tidy around scunny. Personally love to see the underdogs win, come on the scorpions.:t:

Not playing it down, we are away from home and we couldn't beat Douglas at home, Kemp is flying at the moment, Newman has been off form so if we win at Scunthorpe it will be a minor miracle.

Could there be a twist in the story.....it's not unlike Poole to have an illness in the camp on the day of the meeting and bring a 'stronger' replacement in ? :D

Only 3 teams to choose replacements from & Sedgmen has already guested for Edinburgh. All Poole riders have scored points before at the EWR so who do you think might get an illness & who would be a stronger replacement?

I predict a controversy about an oversized Polish engine.

They can't be cooking up the same scam 2 years running.

Rob will be on the ball. No 600s at Scunny.

Quite a few in the car park as we have a few motorcyclist's that visit.
