What is the nature of Anders injury.?

We don’t yet know. He was knocked off, hit the ground at speed, slid a long way then hit the fence awkwardly at speed. Didn’t get up and was placed in the ambulance. Danny Ford indicated to BSN it was his wrist.

Congrats to poole the better team won. I thought Joe Thompson was the real match winner for Poole, didn't see him scoring paid 10.

The track was on the slick side due to the rain around, times tended to be around a second slower than normal, probably didn't help Scunny.

Some strange descions from godfrey why was kemp not in heat 8 instead of Ablitt? Why didn't Palm toft go of 15m, surely a better option than Ablitt

Toft was disqualified for second tapes infringement. On the track walk Lambert said the track looked fantastic and that Godfrey had spent some money on new shale. Not sure why Kemp didn’t get heat 8 but he was poor tonight and a shadow of the rider he was at Poole last Wednesday.

Was toft not eligible to go off 15m?

There was nothing wrong with the track but if you look at the race times they were slower than normal indicating the conditions were atypical.

Congrats to the Pirates better on the night but we threw that one away.  Dougy looked slow down the straights. Jake machine problems spoilt his night. MPT, moving twice no excuse, but should have gone off 15m. Drew looked slow with machinery problems. Ablitt given too many rides and was pathetic. Connor , his season is going backwards and not kicked on.

It was clear, as soon as a never to be seen blade came out, the track was not its usual self and the shale put down a massive mistake- clearly Rob's fault. Gutted tonight with title out of reach, but still the cup to play for.

Concussion according to the Poole website so sadly means a mandatory 2 weeks on the sidelines.

Oh dear looks like r/r for the rest of the season probably, he will be a big miss just hope Joe continues his form from last night and maybe Anders can still play some part in the finals

I am now officially a Glasgow and Oxford supporter ..hopefully Lady Luck will disappear from the fords pockets .

We dont need luck to be better than the opposition. We even had to cope with losing Anders Rowe, that wasnt exactly good luck was it.

Yep pretty well summed up the night. Can’t really complain about track conditions though cos Poole always seemed to get the drive out the 2nd bend where we didn’t.
