Surely Ipswich will use Lindgren in play/offs as guest ??

When does he get a real average? Not sure you can use a rider on an assessed average to guest.Unsure how many matches they have to do now.

The cynic in me says they have replacements waiting to go and will announce them 24 hours after Ipswich complete their 75% fixtures next week out of spite.

And then presumably he can sign for Sheffield

Though the rule was in the rule book last season it wasn’t upheld so I figure Freddie and any assessed rider can now guest.

Reading today’s Star it seems they’ve all but given up getting a Doyle replacement in. They have “a plan in place for the play offs” if they don’t get anyone over the line, so at least it seems they’ve organised a guest. Think it’s odds on Leicester will overhaul Oxford having four fixtures in hand so that will rule out Fricke. Nicholls will be ruled out even for the Foxhall leg of the play offs as he’ll be on Eurosport duty, so you’re looking at a guest from Oxford, Lynn or Birmingham. Lindgren is surely the ONLY choice..

Can’t see it personally. It’ll be Lindgren.

What’s to stop musielak guesting ?

He is officially released from King's Lynn but has to remain in the line-up until a replacement is found. A full 1-7 have to be registered at all times.

How many more time, it's not difficult to grasp

So how does that stop him guesting ? If he is in a declared line up he is allowed to guest

 there's no helping some is there.

He is OFFICIALLY RELEASED.

Sacked or quit rider's have to remain in a line-up until replacements are found but they're OFFICIALLY RELEASED from contract. None contracted CANNOT guest. Every team has to have a 1-7 even if the rider is none-contracted.

I was about to ask the following but think I’ve worked it out… Nicholls doesn’t have a Prem contract, but can guest because he is not named in a 1-7… the moment Musielak is replaced in the KL 1-7 then he is free to either sign for another club (if fixtures completed allows) or guest… is that correct?

Nicholls is competing in a British League, very different.

Musielak cannot guest unless he signs for another British team, but only "if" King's Lynn find a replacement themselves.

Going off last year if a club wants Musielak to guest then he can but that might only apply if Sheffield want him.

He can guest for anyone if Sheffield put him in their 1-7,once he is out of Lynn's 1-7 of course.

That would be when Sheffield used guests from within the British league ?

Unlike the previous year when Belle Vue brought a rider in from Poland for the play offs.

Might be correct as per scb regulations but try testing that legally more holes than Swiss cheese!
