They were definitely conversations last season.

I'd bloody love it if true. Team building average must be something like 42.00 if that's the case.

Probably dreaming, but  us Lynn fans, more than  deserve a good team i think;)

 Vadim

NKI

Lawson

Harris

Basso

Freddie ( If his 2017 average of 9.29 was still used)

41.90

Lawson surprises me. We wanted to keep him for 23 but from his own words KL is too far out in the sticks for him and that's why he signed with Leicester.

Word on the terraces was that he had asked for an extra £20 a point, lynn said no , Leicester said yes

If Lynn can't afford to pay him an extra £20 a point then how can we even consider building a competitive enough team to challenge? The man's average is less than 7 - £140 extra a meeting - £3360 a season.

I'm gonna have to side with Lynn here. If other Leicester riders find out you can get an extra £20 a point, they'll all ask for it, and Leicester could go bust.

Lawson is a good rider, but not the sort that will turn an average team into a league winning team

If the team average stays the same then I can see Lynn going for a “strength in depth” team again, we’ll do okay but we won’t make the playoffs as we’ll be absolutely crying out for a proper number 1! Something like this…

Tarasenko

Iversen

Lawson

Basso

Harris

Kerr/Palm Toft

Rowe

Strength in depth. Just without the strength, or the depth.
