So long as the village idiot Chapman is not involved, even though the track and stadium is a complete shi*thole, I really do hope KL run in 2024. Chapman is a time served dim wit the sport can well do without.

So if Buster stays, for you, they can shut the "sh1thole".. Nice

Whatever. I couldn’t care less. The sport will be better off without Chapman.

That's the spirit...Well lets hope no more shut eh.

Blah blah, he didn’t do it to save the clubs or the sport, he did it because he thought he could control the sport and make lots of money. He thought he had all the answers but was actually clueless. As for his time at the BSPA that was a disaster that cost the BSPA and fellow promoters hundreds of thousands of pounds. Chapman is certainly no saviour, he’s greedy and self serving.

Seem to remember he saved Mildenhall for a short period of time then sold it or closed it can’t remember but took the club assets with him - didn’t he almost buy Leicester as well ?

Looks like Lambert has left Smederna, does that mean he's doing UK or signing for another Swedish team?

I saw something in the news that discussions were held that if Lambert left Smederna he would do a full season in the UK and not sign for another Swedish club...

Hope not, Kings Lynn doesn't need him in a team. Yes I used to like him, but since the Poole, Holder/Batchelorgate meeting, and his antics including storming into the crowd after somebody, I think he lost quite abit of respect from the Lynn Faithfull, plus he hasn't needed UK speedway for a few years, so do we really need him.

Yes they would, and justifiably. This is the man that faked a heart attack at Edinburgh purely to give one of his riders extra time.

As others have pointed out, the man puts himself first, not the clubs he "saves". Happy to get his claws into Leicester, Peterborough, etc. with the various things they had to offer to benefit his pocket.

What about the umpteen other clubs who've gone to the wall that 'Buster' didn't fancy saving?

Well hopefully he signs for Lynn... Would be a slap in the face if he signed for anyone else in the UK

Finding a decent No 1 needs to be a priority.

If we can’t keep Lambert, I wonder if Musielak might become free if Sheffield keep the Holder’s and Woffinden as their top 3.

He’s very good at Lynn and said on BSN how much he enjoys riding here.

I read on the forum yesterday that Tobi isn't at Sheffield next season. I don't know how true it is, but i'd take him if Robert wasn't available. His average is nearly a point higher than Lambo's, but he gives it his all, and as you say, we must have a No.1.

If Lambert decides to slum it in the UK and make a return then he should be suitably reassessed and not left on the bullsh!t old figure

Just a wild guess killing time at lunch:

Musielak: 8.69
Cook: 6.00
Tarasenko: 6.94
Basso: 6.25
Harris: 6.37 (with 2.5% reduction)
Lambert: 4.66 (with 2.5% reduction)
Rowe RS

Total: 38.91

With apologies to Peterborough fans because I know it's not nice, but just being realistic about the situation.

Only way I'd ever see that team though is with Rob Lyon running the show.

You must be the most forgiving person in the world. If him turning up for a different team each year to earn a quick buck isn't already a slap in the face, then I can't see how going somewhere else is.
