Wrong!!!!        Since he left British Speedway behind is more accurate,

F all to do with Kings Lynn. At that time the SCB not the BSPA/L refused to let him ride a 500cc motorcycle so Robert et al upped sticks and effed off to Germany.

Despite that Robert is fully committed and moreso once he has agreed to race for any club and this is all subject to his ongoing commitments. He gives his word and he keeps it so the diary has to work or he ain't doing a Laguta !!!   Please don't speculate on someone/something that you do not fully understand, it really is time someone banged your speculative inconsiderate opinions where they belong.

Wrong!!!

2018 30th

2019 15th

Left King's Lynn

2021 10th

2022 5th

2023 6th

Also in that time other factors have also contributed whether it be decline, retirement or suspension of some of the greatest the sport has ever seen, including:

Greg Hancock - retired

Tai Woffinden - decline

Maciej Janowski - decline

Jason Doyle - decline

Artem Laguta - suspended

Emil Sayfutdinov - suspended

Don’t get me wrong, Robert should now be considered within the top 5 in the world and I would have him back in a heartbeat, but I don’t see the correlation between him leaving us and his stature on the world stage improving.

Why would he bother to come back to us last year? He could’ve had the pick of any team in the playoffs on his false average, I’m sure they would’ve made changes to accommodate him.

Some easy beer money? No pressure, come back for a few meetings for a team that has no chance of making the play offs while concentrating on claiming a top 6 spot in the GP's and earning some serious coin in Poland?

I honestly don't know, did he ever give his reasons for returning for 6 matches?

Sad news this morning that legendary Norfolk and Cambridgeshire sport journalist Edwin Overland has died, to many he was the voice of King's Lynn speedway :(

Very sad news. Such a professional and he always remained impartial at both King’s Lynn and Peterborough.
RIP Edwin.

No disrespect to other track announcers but Edwin was really the best, missed his voice in 2023. RIP Edwin.

Wonder what guests Lynn will get for Monday against Leicester… suppose it depends on whether we’re successful with the appeal or not, will we still get a full facility for Musie or will we have to use a guest that’s 75% of his average?…

A good age, although still sad news.  Alongside John Earrey (the greatest), Edwin Overland was a top speedway announcer and always splendidly biased against the Witches when we visited Compost Corner.  RIP.

Plus the Belle Vue anouncer who also did Wembley World Finals whose name escapes me at moment.

Why do I read so many comments saying "if the facility for Musielak isn't extended"? When he was first banned for 28 days for "withholding his services" it was stated that the facility would not be extended & he'd have to return or be replaced!

That sounds pretty clear cut to me.

Buster normally throws a tantrum and threatens to take his ball home if he doesn't get what he wants (An extended facility for Tobi) and the higher ups normally cave in.

Expect a U-Turn if KL don't get a permanent signing in.
