Worrall would be an upgrade on MPT, but not enough unless can rediscover some decent form.

We need to pull a lambert (of the Robert variety) out of the hat to give us any chance of turning this season round

More likely to be Simon at this stage of the season Robert got far bigger fish to fry

Having said that you’d have thought Lindgren had bigger fish to fry than riding for Birmingham but he’s signed for them so you never no what might happen money talks Buster offers the right money who knows - personally I think they’d better off looking at riders outside the GP series there is more chance they could fit racing in England in .

Robert would go anywhere with a big pay check, he has already proven that.

Looks like it may be Pawlicki leaving after tonight…

Definitely not what is needed at the Norfolk Arena. Could barely get through 4 laps on his last visit 02/05.

It wont be Tom Brennan, and i doubt it will be Z. Cook.. And at the moment Tom is the only one worth having with the points we have available Imho , unless we make a double change. This seasons averages,. Lampart 4.63, Pawlicki 4.38, Worrall 5.40. I would imagine 2 of those are more expensive than MPT, and have around the same average as Tofty, so far this season. We need to look further afield, but it will come down to money at the end of the day, unfortunately.

Probably be Pawlicki after tonight and if it was to happen then I'm not sure he'd be worth signing tbh.

Personally I wouldn’t get rid of Pawlicki anyway if I was Brum. He’s riding so far out of his depth at No. 1. With Freddie coming in there is far much less pressure on him to perform if others are struggling. I think Z Cook might be the one to go, and I’d take him in a heartbeat over MPT. trouble is another change would be required anyway as that doesn’t realistically make us stronger/more competitive. Need a team to look like this:

1. Tobi

2. Birmingham castaway (Cook, Worrall)

3. Basso

4. Klindt

5. 6.5 - 7.5 rides from overseas

6. Patryk

7. Anders

Does this fit???

1. Musielak

2. Wojdylo

3. Basso

4. Klindt

5. R. Lambert

6. S. Lambert

7. Rowe (RS)

1. Tobi - 8.21

2. Patryk - 5.47

3. Basso - 6.57

4. Klindt - 6.54

5. R Lambert - 7.81 / 8.00?

6. S Lambert - 4.78

7. Rowe (RS)

Total - 39.38 / 39.57

Can’t see Lambert being tempted again until August however…

Listening to the Speedway podcast this morning Jan Kvech expressed an interest in riding in the UK. You'd think Lynn must/ should be interested after the success of Czechs there historically, maybe Topinka should have a word in his shell like

I had exactly the same thought when I heard that. He may even be more willing to come to the UK now that the GP qualifiers are out of the way until October.

I’d have Jan Kvech any day! Sign him up!!

Whilst he would make a good addition to the team, one change wouldn't be enough if we were to add Kvech imo.
