Why didn't they go for Lambert, what about Fricke, why not bring Jack Holder in. It's like Chris Louis wouldn't of done any of that if he could. As you say Laguta won't be allowed to ride and probably doesn't want to anyway.

Ipswich fanx need to be doing a raindance. Edited September 17, 2023 by foreverblue
TheSmiler
Harris replacing Doyle? Ouch. Such a shame because I truly believed Ipswich would win the play offs, sadly I think without one of their star top two they are screwed. Was always the risk with going so top heavy. Baldyman
Think this tie is more or less over before it's begun. I just can't see how Ipswich can keep this close enough,,,, but speedway is a strange sport,,, and ya just never know what could happen on the night,, with break downs and crashes
Phil The Ace
With the rain during the morning and the showers into the evening it’s going to be a lottery. Won’t be as easy as some think. track usually suits the away riders when wet
TTT
How much bad luck can one team get in one season. Got to feel for Chris Louis and co.

SUPERACE
The rain will even it up. I think Doyle is more of a loss of Thursday than tomorrow (Still a loss of course). I'd happily take a 10 point lead into Thursday.

old bob at herne bay
So Belle Vue handed a “good fortune” bye into the poff final where Sheffield will once again show who is the better team on aggregate.

Given that Belle Vue have two riders out I'd hardly call it good fortune. I'd doubt they consider they have a bye into the final.
Bash
Might as well bypass the play off semis with the injuries for Ipswich & Sheffield and just run a Belle Vue v Wolves final, with the lack of choices for guests they will be so one sided. Says a lot when the best Ipswich can get to replace a 9.21 rider is Harris on 6.87. In the best interests for speedway, Ipswich should be allowed to use Robert Lambert. I'm sure Steady will be fighting to be allowed to have Jack Holder back.

They will miss Wright but Lidsey is in great form and Brennan is good at his home track so not as bad as losing Doyle in my opinion.
