It is very unlikely planning permission specifies which days of the week they can run. When there are restrictions it is usually in terms of number of times per week. Basically don’t want his average being effected if he signs for a team to protect his average for next season.

He's only rider 3 matches for Oxford [1H/2A]. And as Edinburgh only had home matches left after 29 August he could have signed effective 31 August without any risk of getting an average. Edit: But it could have been a reason to stop him signing before the Plymouth fixture Edited September 15, 2023 by arnieg

He's changing his name by deed poll to Lukenov Killeenski and comes in on a 0.1 average.

Macca
Clearly Oxford calling the shots. Why would Killeen not sign to secure a championship spot, particularly when he’d just scored paid 8 points from 4 rides at the track before being replaced. But would he come in on his assessed 5pt His PL average converted or whatever they decide is the correct assessed average for a rider of his experience, which should probably be 7ish if the assessed PL is

Not that there's a chance in hell he'd be allowed to ride champ next season by Poland. One big league is a different question though.. But Adam Roynon signed for Plymouth on a 6.00 NL ave, didn't get a new NL ave and still kept that average for 2023 when signing for Edinburgh, instead of using his more up to date Champ ave converted? As Fanny Craddock would say about making Gravy. It's all about consistency But British rules hop about like a nervous frog with a rucksack full of Mexican jumping beans in the green channel.
