Scunthorpe 7. King's Lynn 8. Sheffield 9. Berwick 10. Poole 11. Oxford 12. Leicester 13. Birmingham 14. Ipswich 15. Edinburgh 16. Wolverhampton 17. Mildenhall 18. Kent 19. Would have Wolves up a few places higher but can't really argue with most of that apart from never seen Kent or Mildenhall so have no opinion of where you put them. Kent 19. Plymouth Scunthorpe is imo the best track, certainly beter than Redar Glasgow and peterborough. Not seen much of Workington yet. I was too busy playing with my miniature replica Lars Gunnestad figurine and listening to Dukes’ fans singing ”there’s only one Andy Smith” to notice. What a stadium, though. I saw the 1996 PLRC there and the line-up was as good as any GP I’ve ever seen. British speedway was at its peek. Chris Louis led the final until his change snapped on the last bend.
