The Aces have won at Ipswich twice this year I think and they should have enough fire power to win on aggregate - can't see Ipswich getting beyond 35 on Monday but you never know.

We need to cover r/r and Brennan and Blodorn have been inconsistent at times this season, on more than one occasion we have stared off slowly at home only to get the job done in the final five heats, that will be difficult with Doyley and Emil, King, Riss, and Rew can give the backing to the top two to make this close. Cant see us winning at Ipswich again, Dan only scored four, Ipswich were a different team then.

Went last night and what a cracking evening. So many happy smiling faces, not just the fans, but the riders too. Emil in particular was very excitable. And you get some miserable sods who will try and tell you it’s all pointless and not worth winning. There may not be a monetary prize, but its sport and standing on a podium and lifting silverware is very much worth winning to all those involved. Life in general can get so sh!t at times for all of us, so moments like these which puts smiles on so many faces even for a short while, should be embraced.

Spot on. Look at the reaction of Chris Louis and the riders at the end of this

So nice to see.

We got 41 last visit a month back and Doyle only got 5 that night so it’s very doable to keep it close again, wright a big imo, in great form and when you lose the 4th average in the team r/r always hard because 3 of the 4 rides are taken by weaker riders

I think the riders 100% believe in it...

A fair proportion of fhe fans maybe not so.

(Unless our team wins of course then all of the nonsense is forgotten)....:D

Well done to Ippo..

Always thought that Chris Louis was one of the more modern thinking promoters...

A double is on the cards, and I get to see Emil at the NSS again...B)

I think the KO Cup lost a bit of its meaning amongst fans when it was treated as a fixture filler for a few seasons, often crammed in just before the end of the season... before being dropped all together.

Hopefully it can regain some of the honour and meaning after this seasons competition

The fundamental issue is more that each comp has "in house" sponsors...

Nobody from "outside the UK speedway bubble" sees any value in sponsoring

any comp..

When non speedway following  sponsors can start seeing it as "non brand damaging" then this incredible sport (as Poland proves) will move forward in leaps and bounds..

Just read the speedway star and Damian Bates claiming the Ipswich track had large jumps & bumps in it.  Should be having a go at his riders for a lacklustre performance and not riding it how it should be.

Surprised he has time to worry about such things given how much effort it must take to think of new ways to cheat every week ;)
