It should have been but that Plymouth side is so poor. I know there are a lot of meetings on today but Perry in the side, RR and Edwards at 4...Oxford could hit 60. Not a bad meeting for Boughen to make his debut in though

Plymouth fans are certainly long overdue some good luck after their last couple of visits to Oxford (Barker drugs test/Howarth injured in heat 1), though.

The Boothby's must be pumping money into the speedway instead of buying new traps for the greyhounds.

Hopefully they have a good accountant, and don’t get taken to the cleaners.Very successful return for Oxford though.

Mike0310
No shock, well done Oxford looks like you have a good one in your new reserve. Good luck for the rest of the season.
Toady
Some good racing tonight despite the score special mention for Jordan Jenkins how small was that gap and also Henry Atkins among the points again.

Bojangles
Easy win for the Cheetahs, but tougher tests to come. Jordan Jenkins was superb, as was Cameron Heeps (again, at home). Ashton Boughen was also pretty impressive on debut with 7+2, albeit against relatively weak opposition. He lost his steel shoe twice (heats 12 and 14), so might have arguably scored more. Certainly looked a little tentative going into the corners in those heats. Don't think this is the first time it's happened to him either!
