Claus is dangerous, the amount of times I have seen him ride in to someone. A rider of his experience shouldn't keep getting it wrong. Pound shop Pedersen.

it’s called racing claus gives 100% every race maybe they should put brakes on them to slow them down lol

Complins new engine went BANG in heat 1 at Poole which was used in his last 3 meetings 10+3,7+2,9+2 try keeping up with facts before you  critisize Lee

What was his excuse tonight..?

Lee is a nice chap and when he was younger he had real natural ability and could have got to the next level but his 'badge kissing' when he wins Heat 2 has you all deluded as to his ability now. He's still a good rider at reserve around Ashfield but the title is won over TWO legs, home and AWAY and the Tigers' reserves are a liability away from home against other Championship reserves. Glasgow has lost to TWO teams over two legs already in two tournaments this season and it's only the signing of Tarasenko that offers any hope that the Tigers will get a third chance to pick up silverware this season.

I appreciate racers get it wrong sometimes but the frequency Claus collides with another rider is unacceptable.

Claus  as an experienced rider was upset he was been done by a young upcoming rider in Nathan Ablitt and basically ploughed into Nathan , Claus was been treated to  by medics in the pits for burns to his upper body after the meeting .I’ve lost all respect to him as a rider and it was a poor show by him .hopefully Nathan is okay and is fit to ride as he’s been a revelation since joining the Scorpions and is a breath of fresh air  since joining.us

Bomber bringing off Douglas was racing... and fair play to Bomber, he knew it......however, that move by Vissing on Ablitt was wreckless

Marcin would have made it very interesting and Pijper would have been more on the pace than Complin early on. Good meeting to watch just like the BSN meeting earlier. Updates site has several references to Glasgow riders stealing it on the line, never giving up would be my take.

Brennan should be given the No2 race jacket with our recent signing, he's really toiling.

Tom at 2 was in my thoughts, Jaizer also mentioned it earlier as well ,let’s hope Cami is thinking along those lines also.

Not overly concerned about tonight as we were weakened ,not an excuse just the simple fact of how it went tonight

But we can’t overlook that two riders carried the team tonight and took the fight to Scunthorpe with back up to a lesser extent by Claus.

Poor performance but not unexpected.

I've said many times, Brennan at 5 leaves the team looking weak in his heats (especially now Complin is struggling) & I certainly would have put Basso at 5. It's been suggested before that Brennan & Vissing don't race well together, to which I replied - try Vissing at 2, Brennan with Nowak. But since Cami out Brennan at 3 with Claus at Poole & used Richie Worrall at 5, I can only assume Basso doesn't like number 5 / Cami doesn't want to split a successful Basso / Vissing pairing?

Of course now Tarasenko is in the team, they have another option for the more difficult number 5 spot.

Once Lee's engine went in heat 1 in Poole the away meetings were going to be difficult, god I hope he's got it repaired by the 8th or we're going to be in trouble.

21 points for the Poole cast aways is outstanding, I really like both of them and I think this year they've shown if given the right opportunity they will perform well.

As Scunny Dan said, Ablitt should be first on the team sheet for 2024

Worst rider I've seen at it , rides the rider not the track, done so for years

Complin still looks a bit heavy for me, that can’t be doing him any favours either imo.

If you saw him at Ashfield, Berwick and Plymouth on his new engine it was night and day, god only knows what lawn mower engine he's been sat on for the last 4 months.

Did you even read the match report? He forked out for a new engine resulting in his upturn in form, that was blown to bits in heat one. You've said nothing during his good meetings and now back to this vitriolic crap after one bad match. Give it a by, absolutely pathetic

One match shut up u clown have u watched him all season stop talking crap ...I don't judge a rider on one meeting so pipe down...2 points at Redcar scunthorpe Oxford zero v Poole these teams u have to beat so don't u dare give me ur garbage...he's not good enough if u think he is ur an idiot

Honestly you're a waste of air mate. "I'm a Glasgow fan and our reserves aren't good enough". Every thread that's even slightly Glasgow related. Surprised it's no on the clrc or pairs thread. Embarrassment to all Glasgow fans on this forum

I remember posting on the forum last year, after watching Complin at Poole. I said he looked pretty decent after years of not riding, but if he wanted to progress and get even better, he needed to get some of that bulk off. Well, that didn’t happen and he is overweight for a speedway rider or sportsman. He really should lose it on a Keto or low carb regime and the pounds will fall off.

As a side, I have noticed both Ben Barker and Chris Harris are both heavier than at any other time in their racing careers .

Barker yes but in Chris’s case I think you’ll find it’s his safety air vest which makes him look larger. If you see him without his race suit he is no bulkier than before.

I watched the Plymouth stream recently and Barker looked fat faced and unhealthy. Not watching what he is eating. Bomber less so but looks like he has put weight in his face and seeing him at Poole last week it was difficult to tell the difference between Complin and Harris coming up to tapes. I am a fan of Bomber and always enjoy his efforts even though the light is now fading slightly on his career. Still has it but we were all commenting on his size in the grandstand. Happy to hear it’s not pies.

You really go hard with the fat shaming, Steve!
