There is no reason for Artem, Emil, MPT, Simon or Anders not to be there...

I know that but did that mean they would've been? As I said, they haven't said who was unavailable.

I think he is trying to get to the end of the season, and see if a new promoter can be found. Rather than shut it down now.

Yes I can see that but people are quick to blame Chapman and he definitely has major faults but the really Brady especially had put the club in the position it’s now in just to walk away and expect Chapman to pick up everything is a total joke - Brady and his actions could well spell the end of the club .

Rightly or wrongly I suspect there is some leeway being given here because Buster is playing a hand he wasn't dealt at a table he wasn't supposed to be playing at.

Exactly right - Chapman has major faults but this team wasn’t his choice the signing of Laguta wasn’t his signing it was Brady’s and sign him then walk away almost straight away. Whatever the personal reasons was/are he should have seen the season out the stood down .

I can’t see the Stars in top flight next season. Doubtful in my book as to if they run at all. As it stands, Premiership would be a 4TT. Is there any appetite from Poole, Glasgow to move up? What happens if they say, no thanks?

Run the Championship at a really low limit 35/36? To encourage them to step up. Champ clubs run with 2 heat leaders, 2 second strings & 3 NL riders?

If he had been. I think in this case ( i said this case) some people might of understood what he was up against since Alex went. And maybe some might ( i said might) of felt  just a teny weeny bit sympathetic to this situation.

Agree, but his previous makes it hard to feel sorry for him. Lies catch up with people in the end.

All any of us can guess what the situation is, because we simply don't know.

This slagging off of King's Lynn, or should I say Keith Chapman, doesn't do the club any good, if someone is prepared to buy the club from him.  Potential sponsors that a new promotion would require, would have been reading all this old clap trap, and become uninterested, and don't think companies don't look at these sites if they are wanting to sponsorship out there, because they do.

Okay, I've opened the door so you can start slagging me off, which will just confirm what I've said about sponsors.

Think we can all guess the situation at Kings Lynn Mimmo.  They are losing money every week . The current owner doesn't want to run speedway and wants to sell the club. Surprise surprise no one wants to buy it.

Seems to me the damage to the club has already been done - crowds at Lynn have plummeted .....  "slagging off" the owner will not make a jot of difference.  Sad really as I have sent many happy times at Saddlebow Road in the past, and they were a great club. Like so many others in British Speedway over the past decade can see them folding at the end of this season

I recently had my roof done by a company where the owner had taken a back seat and he employed another chap to do the work. I was left with a big hole in my roof with rain peeing in night after night. I will continue to use this company and fully support them as it wouldn’t be fair to do otherwise. The dodgy roofer he employed has since left. The roof was to be fixed on Thursday but he’s rang to say that day is off. I’m not bothered as it’s not his fault and he wants as much money as he can get for his retirement which is fair enough. The house is a really mess with all the rain but the don’t blame anyone, I’m just happy to have a roofer.

There seems to be a few on here that think Lynn/Peterborough should have been sanctioned for fielding sides several points under the limit this season. Now several of those think Lynn should field an even more under strength side tomorrow night, beggars belief really.

Ipswich could have weakened,  problem solved :D

Agreed but they could still say who was unavailable, people may understand better - all the Lynn management will know, Phil Morris will know, others at the BSP will know, why can't we?

And the worst thing about it all is that it's such a waste of a warm, summer August Thursday with the kids off school and holiday makers galore in the vicinity.

Spot on and from a league point of view wastes a precious date that now sees 3 of the 7 teams without a match in the middle of a "fixture crisis"

Pretty poor excuse to postpone the match imo, only 2 riders injured so r/r for Klindt & and Championship second string for TJ isn't much worse than they've been running all season tbh.

Calling off a match because you can't find a "strong" guest just opens up a can of worms now doesn't it?

Nail on the head well and truly hit - but because they treat everybody like absolute imbeciles, they’ll keep it secret that Laguta wasn’t supposed to be there. He hasn’t been all that arsed about a lot of matches so there is no hope in hell he’s going to be turning up in the middle of the Polish play offs.

I’ve just read the Kings Lynn Facebook page and there is several people suggesting that ‘slagging’ Buster off does plenty of harm to the club. Unfortunately these comments ‘slagging’ him off are all justified but his actions and half arsed decisions taken. People aren’t just running him and Kings Lynn for cheap thrills. He’s destroying the club but still looks to blame everybody but himself. The press release on the Kings Lynn page doesn’t even quote anybody from Kings Lynn and just quotes Phil Morris FFS

Main problem is trying to run a sport totally reliant on a guest system then schedule ,6 of the 7 teams to ride on the same night. Guess what there's no guests available. Who'd have thought eh

There's plenty of riders available to guest, just not strong enough for Lynn it seems
