Berwick v Redcar 29/07/23 @7-00pm

Berwick take on a Redcar side, looking for their 6th consecutive win at Shielfield. Bandits are bolstered by the return of Rory Schlein with Greg Blair stepping in for the injured Jacob Hook. For Redcar Luke Harrison replaces the currently injured Jake Mulford.

Bandits: Rory Schlein, Jonas Knudsen, Jye Etheridge, Leon Flint, Thomas Jorgensen, Greg Blair, Connor Coles.

Bears: Danny King, Danyon Hume, Connor Bailey, Erik Riss, Charles Wright, Jason Edwards, Luke Harrison.

Richie Worrall guests Friday & Saturday. Blair apparently not fully fit so Killeen steps in

Richie has had good meetings at Shielfield also some ordinary,good choice of guest though.Killeen has to stay on the bike.

When was the last time Killeen raced in this country?

Thought he had been injured (not at Berwick with Oxford teams).

Ritchie Worrall strengthens Berwick, for this meeting and at Edinburgh tonight, but not by enough to save Berwick from two defeats. Not so sure about Luke Killeen as guest, plenty effort but can he stay on his bike long enough to score any points.

The one thing you can say about the young lad is that he’s gives it his all. From a supporters point of view that’s all you can ask for as long as he stays on the bike. He’s certainly entertaining. A meeting like last week with a bandits narrow victory would do me
