Wolves saying in press release it is a holiday. I thought it was to do with WC week before I read it.

'There’s no facility available for Ryan Douglas or Steve Worrall though who are simply on holiday.'

I wonder if all members of the GB World Cup squad have to be in attendance in Poland on Tuesday? If so it saves him going there and back again! Either that or it's a mini break at the Chateau maybe?!;)

Umm so Steve can't ride for Wolves on Monday  cos he is on holiday, so is he riding in this or not? @Skidder1

Well in the Pirates graphic promoting Wednesdays meeting they are using a pic of Steve Worrall so I guess we are just waiting for the weather.......

Poole fans - my business partner is bringing along a group of people for a first time visit on Wednesday, is there general access to the pits (or paddock as he loves to call it) pre-racing and if so, any ideas on times etc?

Thanks Paul.

Half 6 til 7pm? Sure they say everyone has to leave the pits at 7pm.

pits access is from 6.30pm til 7pm prompt. Gates open at 6.30 so I suggest you get near the front of the queue

Can you take your own food and drink into the Poole stadium.
I will be bringing my own camping chair as rather sit down for most of the evening.

Yes, I have earlier this season.

How obvious did you make it though? I don't think the food outlets have anything to do with the management, so maybe not bothered about fans bringing their own food.

Not like they search anyone's bag or anything when they go in.

I'm sure a few seasons ago now, there use to be a sign about it, on the finish straight i think

Like...

Don't you dare even think about bringing your own food in..

:D

Although Christina Turnball brings her cakes in for the Poole fans who sit in the front of the refs box in case she makes a controversial decision, so if a ref is allowed... ;)

Thanks for your help, sounds like they ain't fussed and don't check food.

Wonder if Rory Schlein will be fit or do Birmingham require a different no 1 guest?

Don't think you,ll need a camping chair as there is plenty of unreserved seating either in the main grandstand or behind glass in the backstraight stand built for the now non-existent greyhounds.

I'm coming with a group of Birmingham fans, so we all want to be together.

You can still achieve that in the seated areas as long as you dont leave it til 7.30 to get in! There's not really any decent positions around the stadium bends to sit without the risk of people standing and blocking your view. There is the area at track level in front of the grandstand on the home straight - several wheelchair users are positioned there amongst those standing.

Not sure what the attendance will be like although Poole haven't had a home meeting for a fortnight and it is the school hols and the first opportunity to welcome back the BSN Series Champions!! Enjoy.

He trying to do the scoreboard pressure thing that Scott Mitchell always talks about!

Although Starke at 5 is pretty funny. Bet the reserve finishes ahead of him.

Wasn't Starke Plymouth's top performer in the Plymouth demolition? He was certainly our best rider in the play off semi demolition when he guested. Being bit harsh on Starkey there on his recent Poole form

He’s been absolutely rubbish since we signed him. Lacking any sort of pace or, form. Dreadful signing so far.
