Correct me if I'm wrong didn't we get a facility for Marcin at Edinburgh for his stag do? Seem to remember blobby etc losing their minds about it because we used heeps. By same reckoning you'd assume a wedding get facility too

It was his wedding. But yeah they lost their heads over it, mouthed off again and Marcin went and Scored 3 and 6+1 from the #2 spot from his two visits at Armadale this year.

pretty sure lee booked his wedding last year when they found out it was world cup week but if this meeting had been run on friday he was willing to come ride the night before his wedding but then it got changed to the sunday

And then GB and Denmark made it straight to the final, so could have done it tonight after all? At least Basso did well with his practice at Redcar! ;)

It's their Green Sheet, Calculated Match Average that it's based off of and they're both on 4. Aussies (or riders that haven't ridden in Poland, Sweden or Denmark) come in on a Assessed average of 4 and I have a niggly feeling they can't drop below that.

What's that got to do with riders 3.61 average & under aussies at 4 ???....I don't get you

Lee complins calculated match average is 3.61. his average has been calculated over his last 8 championship matches including the ones he had for Plymouth.

The Aussie riders CMA is 4. So if we want a guest for Lee complin we can only use a rider up to or less than 3.61 which they aren't.

When none British riders (tend to be Aussies just look at the league) come to the championship they come in on an Assessed average of 4. (There is certain conditions)

The rolling match Averages that you are seeing are not the riders CMA it's just a match by match rolling averages, CMA's are only calculated once per month. I have a feeling and I can't find it in the book for after their first year but I don't think they can ever drop below 4.

You can only replace a 3.61 GSA rider with a guest on a lower GSA (Green Sheet Average).

GSAs are updated after 23rd of each month.

So glasgow could have got Jacob hook James Pearson Joe Thomson instead of coles hmmm...I personally would prefer any of those riders if I'm honest but i wish connor well & hope he gets a few points, 2 guests at reserve isn't ideal but it is what it is

I would rather have Coles than at least 2 of those riders.

hook and Thomson are both injured.

As an Aussie Pearson's GSA cannot go under the assessed 4. Hence his average for team building is higher than Lee's and cannot ride in places of him

Hook & Joe T are injured. Hook & Pearson's averages are too high (4.00). Only averages that matter are the ones on the team declarations.

Coles is actually the highest averaged rider available to guest for Complin, only other rider above him who fits is Mulford (3.14) who is also injured.

Don't know if this will work.

**Evidently not.

@lisa-colette I've seen you link screenshots and videos before, would you possibly be able to add a screenshot of the current GSA's. I tried but it's only a downloadable link, which I wouldn't click to download anything from a forum/social media etc.

Why not just look on the BSPL website?        It's all there.

Claus has been great, though a bit of bike trouble recently and does have a propensity to take a rider’s wheel with him when he passes, which some refs don’t seem to like.

I dare say the other rider don't like it much either...

Glasgow missing both reserves. Complin getting married. Pijper racing abroad. Connor Coles and Sam Hagon to deputise.

Marriage is a mug's game but if he is going to 'take the plunge' he should at least have waited until October. He should have put the club first.

Really think clubs should have dates shown as Reserved on their fixture lists so that riders dont arrange other things - riding abroad, holidays, weddings - we've had all of then recently.

I'm sure I read was booked last year when wasn't a Glasgow rider and was to coincide with world cup when shouldn't be any fixtures. This is a rearranged fixture and the club knew about the wedding but chose to go ahead anyway. I don't really think any blame to Lee here not putting club first
