King riding as a guest makes sense, a Birmingham win helps Redcar's hopes of finishing top!

Are you saying normally having a guest doesn't make sense? ;):D

Am of course refering to the times someone guesting could knock their own team out of a tournament (which I'm sure you know)! It would make far less sense for an Berwick, Edinburgh or Plymouth rider to guest for the Brummies!

Hey Shov it's been a few years - good to know you're coming up, we've been told 2 mini-buses of Poole fans as well.   Make sure you say hello!

Everything went a bit pear shaped on and off the track for Birmingham last week! Hoping you a quieter evening tomorrow , the trudge up and down the stairs to the officials / streaming box was good for my daily steps though ;-)

Come and find me on the first/second bend with the Poole fans, unless I see you first. Will be with my young daughter who has never been to a speedway meeting away from Poole.

You will have to explain “Passing “ and “Excitment” ,. You will not have to explain the dust though .

If she is not very tall I would edge towards the area on bend 1 without a roof.

Redcar have got NO chance of finishing top!

Oxford/Glasgow/Poole are the favourites!

King is riding as a guest because he's the best available option! (being dumped by Poole last season adds a bit of 'spice' ! :D )

Which is where I stand ... you will be welcome!

Shov....with this in mind...you might want to re-consider your 'viewing' point! :D

I find bend 4 (steps) the best vantage point! albeit a bit 'cozy' at times and sunglasses are needed if the weather is kind!

P.s Forecast looks good for this evening!

Birmingham - 1 Danny King (Guest) 2 Stefan Nielsen 3 Troy Batchelor 4 Paul Starke 5 Justin Sedgmen (Capt) 6 Sam Hagon 7 Alfie Bowtell

Poole - 1 Richard Lawson 2 Anders Rowe 3 Ben Cook 4 Zach Cook  5 Steve Worrall (Capt) 6 Kyle Newman 7 Adam Roynon

Looking at the line-up. I think I'm right in saying that out of the 14 riders. 9 have ridden for, or are riding for, Leicester, and you've got our manager as well. ;)

Don't think  it adds any spice, Danny still loves us.

I bet he loves getting paid,:D more than he loves Poole!

Danny's a competitor and I'm sure he'll be going all out to beat Lawson and co.

Zach Cook is the pick of the Poole team for me...he looked great when guesting earlier in the season.

It will be interesting to see if Hagon can get the better of Adam....Hagon is improving with every outing and he fills me with optimism!

I'd have Bowtell and Newman on level terms.

Rowe/Cook will leave Nielsen/Starke in their wake.

King better than Lawson.

Worral/Batch evens...

Not sure how Ben Cook goes at PB (never seen him), but I do know that he wont have to be that good to beat Sedgemen!

Haha, yeah right! Can I have whatever your drinking please? :D

Ben Cook 13+3 and 8+1 last season. One score was at reserve and other at no4. Sure you can work out which is which!
