NID Track was different to last week -from a spectators viewpoint - with the expected rain around 4 ish not happening so the track staff watered the track late. It certainly caught the Poole riders out early on with Berwick taking advantage. NB. The Pirates were quoted that the track was in very good nick(?) and has been consistently good in recent weeks. Still only 3 last places for the Pirates - one e/f for Ben and one lost steel shoe for Adam - and only 2x 5-1s, but a much stronger performance by the Bandits.
