Lucky that Rory S was injured coz he wouldn't of put a shift in like Barker, Harris, Lambert and a few others did, just show's what can be done if ya got big enough balls and not afraid to attack the track.

If schlein was there the meeting wouldn’t have taken place he would have talked all the young lads out of it.

Why does Ellis always get criticised on this forum?

Former British Champion and it's hardly a coincidence that he always features in the engine room of British clubs that end up winning silverware, Underrated rider imo.

Good to see Dan retaining his title again last night.

Not been keen on him since his shenanigans at Birmingham at the start of last year

Adam was only ever signed on a short term contract but he and Birmingham were told not to publicise that. Both he and Birmingham speedway knew that, as soon as Poland started, he wouldn’t be able to continue with the Brummies.

Why the veil of silence is anyone’s guess but Adam took a lot of stick for no good reason. Indeed, he should have been applauded for helping a team in desperate need in the best way he could.

That's one way of looking at it I suppose but all he had to do was put a statement out with the facts from his side, instead he decided to stay silent and was complicit in mugging the fans off

Credit where credit is due the track team at Belle Vue worked wonders to get the meeting on. Not only was there heavy rain in Manchester at 17:00 the downpour prior to tapes off looked as though that would be it BUT the track team and Phil Morris got a meeting on. The riders should be applauded for giving it a go in not the best conditions and if raced at any other track I doubt the meeting would of taken place.

Congratulations to Dan Bewley on winning the meeting and Steve Worrall the British SGP WildCard.  Who did what he needed to do and now fully deserves his day on the big stage at the SGP.  He may find it tough but fully deserves his opportunity.

People think he is over rated base on what I don’t know. But he doesn’t deserve the all the criticism he gets.He has his moments just like most of the Brits these days.

He was asked by the club not to say anything. They knew from day 1 that he was a short term signing. It’s not his place to put out statements. Your anger is misplaced.

Like I say complicit, nothing to stop him saying something when he left... he chose not to.

I'm not angry about it, I just think less of him for it. Like I think less of the Birmingham promotion for it... Rightly or wrongly I expect it from promoters, not the riders though.
