30.06.2023 - League - Scunny v Oxford

Recommended Posts

Only Glasgow v Poole(BSN Final) & at Redcar(Julie Lewis Memorial) racing on Friday plus a NDL meeting so a guest might be easier to find for MPT. R/R only got us 5 points at last home meeting so something to keep in mind. If we go R/R then we must name an AR(new no8 this year) to cover ANY rider>

We could look at PL & I do not know his visa situation, in posts people talking that Poole could make a change & get Rew in so could/would he accept a guest booking?

Only got 6.55 at home for a guest for mpt not sure on the conversion rate down

I think the reason R/R only got 5 points was because it was at 5 due to the short notice ( it happening the night before the meeting and riding order not allowed to change). R/R would score more at the 2, 3 or 4 Position. I'd personally go with

Douglas

R/R (Kemp vs Masters and Heeps Heat 1, Mountain vs Nicholls and Atkins Heat 6, Lambert vs Heeps and Atkins or Kinsley Heat 8, Allen vs Kerr and Jenkins Heat 10)

Kemp

Lambert

Allen

Ablitt

Mountain

Ah yes. Bit random to go from 5.00 to 4.00! Notice that Hume is exactly 4.00 as well.

Hume isn't exactly 4.00. He will have an average whereby the third decimal point used either, rounds it up or down to 4.00. Rew's average is lower than 4.00 now but, any rider who starts the season on an assessed average, is not allowed to drop below 4.00.

Yes it is. His average is 4.000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000

To have an average rounded to, but not equal to, 4.00 he would have to have at least 800 rides, that works out at least 40 per match

?? Well Ipswich's must be if averages have changed?

Danyon Hume going to a 4.00 average was at the last average change and Keynan Rew going to 4.00 average was when he’d completed the necessary amount of meetings which was a couple of weeks ago

At home I'd go for r/r to cover MPT, away from home try & find a track expert. Doesn't matter greatly this week, even if they lose to Oxford still 96% sure they'd make the play-offs

Are you sure it is not 94.8%?
