I liked the look of him on Thursday. Don't understand what some Panthers fans want from a 4 pointer?

I rather suspect some of them don't even know themselves! At least they are off the mark tonight!

Some of us Panthers fans are baffled by it too, sometimes you just know a rider will come good even when not scoring to great, I thought that with Ben Cook, never concerned

For the life of me, why some were saying he needs to go is totally beyond me. Such a talent and tonight showed. If there is someone that needs too go then it’s Hans for me, absolutely awful, he’s the major weak link and the fact he’s captain is just crazy

I'm not Worrall's biggest fan but he's got to stay ahead of Andersen imo, I genuinely can't see Andersen scoring well outside of Monmore Green these days.

Andersen looks really bad and the 4+1 tonight was purely down to KL being just as poor, Would've scored 1 or 2 again if we were up against proper opposition.

He’s awful and has to go, for someone with so much track knowledge he makes more mistakes than not when choosing certain lines to ride. He is beyond poor. If he stays and goes to reserve then that won’t make a difference in my opinion. Needs too call it a day, clearly not upto it by a long way anymore

If the rumours tonight are true he'll be departing. It's actually such a shame to see it end like this however.

It could even be 3 changes with a young Dane coming in also

Agree.

It makes our team weaker if he stays and moves to reserve, Just has to call it a day imo because he's not going to turn it around as we've already heard numerous excuses from him over last season and this season whether it's engines, lack of meetings etc.

Only idiots and morons would expect more from Ben Cook in his first season in the top flight. He has big potential. Anyone with knowledge of the sport can spot the talent a mile away.

Always some excuse and as I say, a rider with his experience and knowledge those excuses can only go on for so long

Very poor from Lynn tonight, especially the ones we expected to be poor were poor.Klindt and KK need to go.Nice to see Tofty hit a bit of form.Im sure if Pickering was there we wouldn't have been on edge wondering if we would get the bonus point.

Nice to see some Panthers fans a bit happier, after all they have just beaten the 2nd worse team in the league:rolleyes:

On the way home managed to see my first live badger, can't believe how quickly they scuttle across the road. Most certainly quicker than Klindt and KK tonight.

They will keep KK because of his average and his home form. There is no way on earth KK is trying away from home.. 2.91 Come on. I'll get me trade bike out for a lot less ;)

I hope there's a plan. but doubt it..

I only contemplated moving Ben Cook on to use the points limit and sign a more experienced rider given it may be out last year.  Happy to be proven wrong

It's easy to make knee jerk decisions/ over think things, when your that much in the mud. He's feeling his feet.. The boys alright ;)

Why does Hans "need to call it a day"? As long as he enjoys riding Speedway & a club is willing to sign him, why shouldn't he carry on? It's not like he's forced Peterborough to sign him, of they think they can be stronger without him, they have the option to replace him!

Because age has caught up with him, May as well call it a day now while he's still in one piece instead of carrying on considering how dangerous this sport can be.

I understand the point you're trying to make, but any rider could get injured as it's a dangerous sport.

Certainly his best days are behind him, however at the start of the season he was scoring wise your top rider!

He does appear to have dipped in recent meetings however. First the first time this season last night you had the benefit of a proper No 1 and it showed!

Peterborough worthy winners last night. We were as poor as feared.

Klindt abysmal and Jorgensen not much better after being in the mix in his first ride. KK did at least win a race I guess but looked slow doing so and was pretty much a road block that caused Jakobsen to go into the back of Andersen.

Tofty saved the bonus point and was great entertainment.

Ben Cook superb for the Panthers. Said after the Leicester v Poole final at Lynn that I’d have been pleased to see him ride for us. He’s impressed me on the two subsequent times I’ve seen him as well. Impressed with Jordan Jenkins who rode well as meeting progressed.

Much better than the dross we’re getting served up from supposed 6/7 point riders.
