Plymouth vs Oxford TODAY!! (18/04/23) BSN series

Recommended Posts

48-42 win for Plymouth, the 3 leaders from each side (Howarth/Worrall/Barker & Masters/Nicholls/Kerr) all in or around double figures but Starke & Gilkes second string combo should outscore Heeps & Jenkins to nick the win.  You’d expect Atkins to get the points at reserve, unsure how Kileen will do around there, just wonder if Turner will get around the 3rd bend, can’t see Trigger troubling the scorers

I thought Plymouth streamed their own meetings but looks like they're not doing this one?

Is this correct?

Yeah normally do, but not the 2 BSN series ones but are streaming the KOC one and ones after i believe.

Middle pairing a bit disappointing for Plymouth tonight? Positive turner might not be as bad as people assumed.

Against 2x 2 pointers though. But good for confidence!

Not an unsurprising result as Plymouth will struggle if their top 4 don't bring their A game to the table at the same time. I think Poole will win comfortably tomorrow night.

Should do, depends what Barker and Starke do. From memory Gilkes has found it hard at Poole last season and coming back from a long term injury. The match up between him and Rowe will be interesting though.

Just got home from the meeting 2 weeks ago I saw a bloke wobbling around the track was very fearful and then I saw young turner tonight and he was different class beating the riders he should and others the biggest worry was barker and I’ve always defended him but he was awful now I don’t ride a bike and some on here might think i shouldn’t say it but I have Oxford we’re deserved winners I’ve no problem with that but he better improve and quick because the way the team has been set up we can’t carry any passengers.

He dropped 4 points I'd hardly say he's a worry
