Those must be the best options for Scunny. Danyon Hume best option for Birmingham?

I think 'Vissing' would be the strongest option, but I don't know how that would sit with the Brummy faithful :D

Complin might be a reasonable choice?

The main thing is that the weather looks promising and we will see our first action of the season!

45-45 for me!

Out of interest, when was the rule that stated that a rider needs to have ridden for a team, before that team can get a facility for his absence, removed from the rule book? Brummies fans may remember we came a cropper under that rule when Emiliano Sanchez was unable to start for us in 2007 and the team had to use a 3-point NL reserve in his place. It obviously doesn't apply now, if a facility is being granted for James Wright, but it'd be interesting to know when it was removed from the rule book.

It was most likely when Poole removed it ? :D

Believe Jason Edwards is the guest for us this week.

Should be two top meetings, but can only see two scunny wins

Edwards goes well at PB!

If Wright is fit, then we have a chance, but if its a guest, then no matter who it is, I fancy Scunthorpe to edge it.

Either way, I'm looking forward to attending.

Jason Edwards or Lee Complin ?? (Scunthorpe)

and I guess we'll take Paco if Wright isnt fit?

As predicted....it's 'PACO' in for Wright!

I'm sure Paco will give it his all, but I fear the worst tomorrow night so far as the result goes!

Scunthorpe far stronger with Edwards....B'ham weaker with Castagna!!

I know Proctor has rode for Redcar already but i do find it daft that riders from teams in the same group are allowed to guest. Edwards could basically score Massively tomorrow night and help Scunthorpe win at Birmingham helping them get through as Group winners leaving his own team Redcar hoping they're the best runners up or even KOing them from the Competition altogether.

As always only in Speedway.

The guest system needs sorting out, it's got completely and utterly out of hand. It doesn't take much common sense to work out that riders shouldn't be guesting for other teams in their group of three

Some riders turn it down. Wasn't Josh going to guest for Glasgow at one point in jubilee thingy last season but then changed his mind.

Proctor said he is just doing speedway for fun now so prob not interested in the rights and wrongs of guesting! More money for retirement.
