They knew yesterday it was delayed until at least Sunday. I guess the time wasn’t mentioned and they didn’t expect it to be 9am.

OK... I think I've got it, it was going to be Jake Allen guesting when the Czech round was going to be today, then it was moved to tomorrow and Brennan thought he could ride tonight, so they cancelled Allen, then Brennan realised he couldn't make it for tomorrow at 09:30 so Glasgow used R/R... I'm going for a lie down:)

A ban seems a bit harsh considering GB aren't even bothering to send a reserve. How important can it be in that case?
