Sheffield v Lynn 6/4/23

Recommended Posts

Will KK be in full throttle mode or rolling of onto the first bend in Batchelor mode!!?   A lot will depend on him and how Jakobsen rides as he didn’t seem to enjoy his previous visits last season.

If Adam Ellis has solved his lack of speed problems from first two meetings then can see something like 53-37 win for Sheffield

I think Lynn are having an incredibly tough start to the season, both matches are/have been away and I think they are our two hardest away tracks taking into account standard of opposition, the make up if the side and traditional results. I'll be far more optimistic at BV, Ippo, P'boro & Leicester.

Keeping it close tonight is one thing, winning at home in the second leg against this Sheffield side will be quite another! I'm looking for encouraging signs this evening, improvement from Monday and hopefully something near to 40 points.

I'll be watching this on BSN. At least Picko should go ok. KK will surely score more than 2 points as well. But with the Tigers looking very strong i see this one around 52-38. Our reserve advantage is pretty much evened out in this one with Lewi at 6.

Josh looked fast in his opening ride. 4 heats gone and TJ's bike packed in his opening ride . KK pulled up on the 1st turn in his first ride.

Jason Edwards held Toby off for 3 laps in HT 4.

There’s the 1 minute rule actually taking longer than just putting 2 minutes back on. One of the most ridiculous things they’ve ever brought in.

Only needed the team manager to do his job as Klindt has just pointed out

That’s great but even the team managers don’t know when the 1minute rule goes on.
the rule is great and something to be embraced but the fact that we don’t have a visible clock on the centre green is a joke.

All he needed was a rule book and a stop watch. Agree about the clock though
