I once bought some chips there, and having tasted them I swore that I would never buy food from them again. Having said that, the food smelt good last year (one of my grandstand companions has his dinner there!), but I haven't tasted any. ...which is often the case whereby the speedway promotion only leases the stadium and any money generated thru' catering goes back to the stadium owners. With Oxford that was also the case with bar takings in the past.

As you'll know its even worse than their food and staff though. The sight of their ARC stadium security making speedway supporters hand in sandwiches and plastic water bottles before entering PB for speedway was an utter disgrace and alienated many. Gazc
As has already been stated Glasgow outsourced the catering last season and to be honest it was awful in general. I had the misfortune to purchase a pie as I went straight from work it lasted one bite and straight into the bin, I have never looked at pies the same since. Can't comment on their other items but the Coffee and Pie put paid to me ever trying again
Nickinho
For the past ten years i've been a vegetarian and i always got chips & cheese at Ashfield and Armadale but before Christmas i went fully vegan so i'm taking grated vegan cheese with me to sprinkle on my chips this season. The staff at both tracks are really nice too.

Hotdog was just fine,my daughter also approved, "extortionate" after driving 300 miles and paying 50 quid for a pasty at the motorway service I found it reasonable. Hotdogs at Armadale are out of a tin.

Halifaxtiger
Used to skip a meal to have John Anderson's burgers at Berwick (the pies were apparently as good). The only other place to eat speedway food is Isle of Wight. The chicken curry - personally cooked by Barry Bishop - is the best home made I have ever tasted.
allthegearbutnaeidea
When Berwick was owned by John Anderson, it would of arguably been the best, but to be honest, I can’t think of any that stand out these days, anytime i’ve had Redcar’s food, it’s not been great, not been to Scunny for a while though and have heard good things. P’Boro had some alright stuff but was double the price of everywhere else, Rye’s chippy was decent.

Bendonebunching
Rye house had good burgers as did Berwick in the past , having eaten at nearly all tracks Edinburgh is without doubt the worst food imo.
