Predictions for Prem 2023 as teams stand ...

1. Sheffield

2. Belle Vue

3. Ipswich

4. Peterborough

5. Leicester

6. Wolves

7. Kings Lynn

All makes good sense based on "what we know now" - However, which clubs/promotions will have the cash/courage/ability to ring the changes if things don't go according to plan?
Or which promoters/team managers do we think have put a team together which they feel will not make the playoffs and thus do nothing about improving their prospects once the season is well under way.
For me Leicester (SD) will not stand idle should playoff prospects look bleak - for that reason alone Lions will be in top 4.

It should  be based on  2 home 2 away league averages...10 rolling leaves it open to fiddle...

Wake up yourself, that’s exactly what you said, if you meant different than just explain yourself and don’t be so rude. Re read your post yourself and you will see what I mean. If you meant an entire years average then just say that in the first place.

With a lot of people putting the stars in the bottom 2 I think they are going to get a surprise tho I’m not 100% sure on what KK will produce but if he turns up every week I feel confident that we will at least make the playoffs.

Here is my prediction.

1 Sheffield

2 Belle Vue

3 Kings Lynn

4 Ipswich

5 Peterborough

6 Leicester

7 Wolverhampton

Very difficult to say other than Sheffield and Belle Vue who I think are nailed on for the top 2

Tbh though a lot of predictions were made before Jack Thomas injury. With the league difficult to predict anyway and with Joe Thompson  a bit weaker than Jack, though I hope he does well. I think some teams will be switched round in fans predictions now. Although I'm not convinced of a second place for KL like @szkocjasid is. I think I would go for 5th. Or maybe just in 4th if Nic and Josh do better than expected and they don't have any injuries during the season.

Though saying that I do tend to jinx my predictions and they will probably finish second after all! :o:D

Both Nic and Josh will do well this season, Nic’s average last year was 8.32 and as long as he is around that figure again I will be happy as for Josh on a 6.98 well I’m expecting he will put at least a point on that. My only worry is that we are relying on strength in depth and if we do pick up injuries getting good riders on 6 and 7 averages will be pretty difficult. I think only TJ is injury prone in the team this year so fingers crossed for a good year, god Lynn supporters deserve one.
As you say szkocjasid predicted that we would finish second so that makes him a top man in my book

Very smart of Kings Lynn to choose so many 6 point riders - makes it easier for their fans to add up the team total using their fingers ;):P

Some way off Wolves ??????...

Because being a ex Coventry fan he's always had a huge chip on his shoulder about Wolves, probably because we are able to go each week and he's stuck in the house watching Coronation St.

That's a bit harsh isn't it?

...he might more of an EastEnders viewer :o;)

Although being serious for a minute, a lot more clubs will have a similar future to Coventry and Eastbourne imo unfortunately :(
