Can't win every year! But we have won it three times in a row before, so you never know I suppose.

Obviously I would love Poole to win every year but good for the league if someone else did. Also I'm afraid we will get banished to the Prem if we win it again ;)

It would make sense to move one other team to the Premiership. My vote is for Plymouth. Too far away and I don’t like the track.

Well don’t come to our track then and if your willing to fund Plymouth moving up I would be very grateful to you but I’m 99.9 percent sure you wouldn’t do that but I’m sure our promotion would love to hear from you if I’m wrong .sweeping statements like that help nobody.

Back to the prem you know they want us ? well I'm sure this league well the fans may not want us as we keep winning but harder this year as some good teams been built but should we win or even come second/third the prem maybe the place to be with some returning stars pedersen, sayfutinov, bewley etc won't earn what they do in Poland but maybe it's the place to be,a call to Magic and a couple of returning Aussies Holder,Kurtz and we can mix of with the big boys

I think you missed the humour in my post.

They will struggle to get the fixtures completed  before the playoffs

Shouldn't happen this season with fewer fixtures, but with Speedway you never know!

I have noticed most teams have big gaps early on then get busier in August - I'm guessing that is so they are race-fit for the play-offs? Better hope there's not bad weather in August!

So my predictions for league positions before play offs are

Glasgow

Redcar

Poole

Plymouth

Scunthorpe

Oxford

Edinburgh

Berwick

Birmingham

As for eventual winners of play off, Poole as they know how to finish the job, they also tend to be very lucky in avoiding injuries, Glasgow have a strong team but we must have broken a few mirrors as when in contention we have had injuries which have hampered us greatly, also I think there is too much pressure put on the team to win. Although I like challenging for honours , I miss the times when we had fun celebrating if we hit 30 points away from home. Has got a bit too serious now. I will add that for entertainment value, we have that in spades with this team, a case of watching through your fingers.

Maybe a prediction of how many reruns Glasgow will have this season? ;)
