P T Preece
Thinking of coming tonight for the nl meeting, only been to champoinship meeting before. Do they open the whole of the stadium for the NL meeting as I like to view from the back straight?

With it being Easter I'd guess that it will only be the home straight. Be warned Berwick may turn up with half a team. Three riders withdrew at Belle Vue after falls yesterday and Greg Blair barely finished a race at full steam.
FishersGate
I hope they open the whole stadium. The home is fine but I love standing on the back straight

George Congreve guests for Archie Freeman and it's R/R for Mason Watson. https://britishspeedway.co.uk/ndl/preview-leicester-v-berwick-ndl-2/ Also Josh Embleton has been ruled out and Kai Ward guests. allthegearbutnaeidea
Why is Harrison not allowed to guest for Embleton?

Has to be unattached so due to Luke been in the declared team he cannot guest at 6 or 7 but can at one to five hence why he can ride for Mildenhall tomorrow
PotteringAround
Think Berwick have gone the wrong way about their R/R and guests. Should have used R/R for Freeman which would have given Danny Phillips an extra R/R ride. Then gone for someone like Luke Killeen, Elliott Kelly or Luke Harrison for Watson. (Ex-Leicester rider Kai Ward is a decent choice of unattached 3-pointer to replace Embleton, and on a good day he could have the beating of the erratic Vinnie Foord). Even with a full team, Berwick would be getting another massive tonking here, as Freeman, Mason and Embleton were unlikely to score an awful lot, but an extra ride for Phillips used wisely may have got an extra couple of points, and Killeen would do at least as well as Congreve.

screm
Berwick could very well be on the wrong end of a hammering tonight.
False dawn
From what I've seen on updates it looks like a patched up Bullets side put up a good showing. Connor Coles performance, as an ex Cub is not too surprising maybe, but well done "young" man none-the-less. But the stand out performance for Berwick has to be Jamie Halder. Alright he did have 7 rides. But 11 paid 12 from reserve has to make him a candidate for man of the match (and I support Leicester). For the Cubs there were encouraging signs for all the riders. Dan with 15 may not be a big surprise but brother Joe had something of a mixed night. As to the others, there were some tricky moments but they all showed some real promise as well. Really sorry I couldn't get to this one.

FishersGate
Really enjoyed last night's meeting . And fair play to Berwick. Most people thought it was going to be a hammering but they were solid and gave everything throughout. The Leicester side looks so promising. They are so young and lack experience but both Max's got stronger as the meeting went on and look future stars. Ashton looks a tidy rider too and just needs time and patience. Dan T is nearly unbeatable at Leicester..he's definitely claiming to big scalps in the prem. Well done to both sides. Also, I liked the flags around the stadium, I also noticed the painted fences that look smart. The flood lights are fantastic but I think they need tilting a little towards the track more. The centre green seemed brighter than the track it's self.. Overall a great night of speedway made by max James doing a super ride on his own ! The fans were super noisy when he won..what a fantastic moment for him..highlight of the night!

The home straight looked quite dark when viewing from the back straight but they are definitely an improvement.

Bojangles
I know I keep banging on about him, but I honestly think Ashton Boughen is one of the most exciting talents I’ve seen in a long time.
FishersGate
Just curious why the track was prepared the way it was tonight. Clearly too grippy for the kids and seemed the complete opposite from Monday. Surely the other way round would make sense. But then again I'm no expert.
