What I don't understand is despite issue 7 CLEARLY having a mistake the referee or BSPL chose to IGNORE it because it was "official"? In this week's Speedway Star he explains, while getting on really well with Berwick staff, after two years with the Bullets he wanted a change -- and had a deal pre-season with another club, which sadly colllapsed. As Berwick are 4.7 below the points limit it's not really a new reserve they need to find to be competitive (maybe next year's team?).
