Same old , same old - no transparency. Why no public Rising Star criteria and list

As ever it's all cloak and dagger

How hard is it to be fully upfront with the Rising Star criteria and a full list of who qualifies?

Similar applies to a full list of team building averages for EVERY rider. There is no reason it shouldn't be there plain as day for all to see

There is a reason, they don't want us to know as they haven't all got their teams sorted yet so adjustments to the list may look amateurish (sorry, had to laugh at the last bit whilst typing)

Because fans dont need to know these details...

Just pay your 20 odd quid or more, and be quiet....

The BSP know best. .

And it continues.....

Rising stars retained were stated as getting a 25% average reduction but this was supposedly vetoed at the AGM

Then the Belle Vue team doesn't fit unless Brennan gets the big reduction so it must be in place after all

All we get from the official sources though is an impression of the 3 wise monkeys....

Has the team been officially ratified though, or is this another case of BV trying to force the issue.

One thing I don't understand about the RS qualifications are Mountain turned 25 last season & Hume turned 26.

This year they have both "graduated" due to their different ages! Surely the age cut-off has to be the same for both riders?

There was also experience criteria re number of seasons completed in top league etc

Because then they can't change the criteria when they feel like it.
